Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free for orders over $20 for shipping destinations within the 48 contiguous United States, but some restrictions apply. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Some larger hard goods do not qualify for free shipping due to the size and weight of the item, like framed pin sets, models, or Lego sets. Please check individual product pages for items that do not qualify for free shipping.

All international sales are final sale and subject to additional currency Exchange fees. International shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes, due upon arrival in the destination country, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sales of all hard goods and consumables are final sale. If a product arrives damaged we will replace the item free of charge.

Sales of soft goods have a free 30 day return policy, provided they are returned in new condition, have not been worn, have not been washed, and have all tags still attached.

Some items are not eligible for free returns/exchange. Please check the individual product page for details.

Pre-Order items are final sale. We will honor size exchanges only and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and subsequent new shipping charges for the replacement size.

Please DO NOT return any merchandise to any NASA gift shop location. To request a return, refund, or exchange, please log into your account, locate the order, and click the "Return Items?" link. If you would like to handle your request via email, please address it to Orders@OfficialNASAGear.com and include your order number. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after you placed your order with us. We process returns daily, Monday through Friday, and upon receipt of returned product.
